If your selection isn't the perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Slice account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original box with all protective inserts to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse without damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
